At Suari, we take pride in the quality and uniqueness of each custom-made item, crafted specifically to meet your specifications. We carefully oversee every aspect of the design and creation process to ensure that it meets our clients’ expectations. Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict no-return policy, with certain exceptions in compliance with U.S. regulations.

1. Final Sale Policy

All orders for items made to custom designs or personalized to customer specifications are final. Order confirmation and payment constitute agreement with our terms, and once processed, orders cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged.


2. Exception for Manufacturing Defects
In rare cases where an item has a significant manufacturing defect, we accept returns. To initiate a return process, you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item, providing photographs and a description of the defect.

3. Proof of Defect


If the defect is confirmed upon our review of the photos and receipt of the item, we will offer a resolution - either an exchange or partial refund. Note that defect evidence must be comprehensive, and the defect must not result from improper use.


4. Liability Exclusion for External Factors


We are not liable for damages caused by improper handling, failure to follow care instructions, or physical impact, such as drops or scratches.


5. Conditions for Return Approval


To be eligible for return approval, the item must be returned in its original condition. Items showing signs of alteration or use will not be accepted. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include any certificates, if provided.

6. Exclusion Due to Personal Preferences


We do not accept returns due to dissatisfaction with design, size, or style, as these elements are agreed upon at the ordering stage and are part of the item’s unique, custom characteristics.

7. No Return on Personalized Items


Any item made to your specific request, such as specific materials, sizing, design, or engraving, is non-returnable, as it cannot be resold to another customer.

8. Return Shipping Costs


If a return is approved (only for manufacturing defects), the client is responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

9. Processing Time for Return Evaluation


Once we receive the returned item and confirm its compliance with our return requirements, we will notify you of the evaluation result within 10 business days. If approved, we will issue a refund or exchange promptly.

10. Contact and Return Request Submission


To submit a return request in case of a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer support team with a detailed description and photographs of the defect. Requests are accepted via email at info@suarishop.com and are reviewed within 2 business days.
